Karen was amazing! She made this process not only easy but fun. She never showed us houses out of our budget or tried to force un into a house just to make a profit. She was patient with us when we asked a lot of questions and she was always available to talk. She is very responsive, even with texting which made the process so much easier because of not being able to talk at work.
